Job Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller the role will include (but not limited to):
- Answering telephones and directing incoming calls
- Managing post
- Managing directors’ diaries
- Recording directors’ expenses
- Booking cabs, couriers and travel requirements
- Managing and booking meeting rooms
- Greeting visitors
- Basic finance administration (sorting receipts/invoices, some data entry)
- Opportunity to assist in Event Management office on site at Parklife festival
- General management of office environment
- Assisting with ad hoc tasks as required

Skills Required :
- Good standard of written and spoken English
- Good communication skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Confident in multi-tasking and prioritising
- Proficient in using a computer (especially MS Excel and Word)
