Job Description

Our client based in Shenstone, Lichfield, is currently recruiting for a Graduate Sales Support Coordinator on a permanent basis.

This exciting new position would be ideal for a recent business studies graduate looking for a role with a mix of customer contact, problem solving and analytical work.

The main purpose of the job is to provide and analyse business information to support the Directors, Senior Management and Sales team to optimise profit whilst maintaining margins and maximising sales. You will drive the flow of information around the account review process, ensuring relevant actions are carried out and information is passed on correctly and efficiently. You will also support the National Accounts team and their customers and be the first point of contact for any queries or problems. You will also process invoices and process incoming orders.

Ideally you will have a degree in Business Studies or Accountancy and have completed a 12 month placement. With maths GCSE and knowledge of MS Excel. You will be analytically minded, assertive and extremely accurate. You will also possess excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with all levels of internal and external customers.
