Job Description
My client is a market leading organisation within a logistical environment
because they are expanding they are looking for an Graduate Accounts Assistant with the following skills
Credit control and debtor chasing email, letter, phone
Processing company purchases expenses in accounting system
A working knowledge of VAT as you may be required to prepare VAT returns training will be given where necessary
Filing of EC Sales and Intrastat when required
Keeping Sage records up to date supplier customer database, product information etc
Other accounting duties including documentation when required
Covering for other colleagues when necessary
Specification
AAT or equivalent
Sage Accounts experience is desirable, but not essential training will be given if necessary
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
Excellent personal organisation, time management and ability to priorities attention to details
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
