A very professional company based in the centre of Bromley are looking for an Account Handler to look after all customer needs so an exceptional high level of verbal and written communications skills are needed for this role.
Job Purpose
To be responsible for and manage own portfolio of clients to ensure they receive a professional service at all times. Wherever possible to offer an enhanced service to customers to ensure retention and maintain the company s reputation
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
Ability to take responsibility for issues and solving problems
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use all Microsoft packages particularly Excel
Confident, professional telephone manner
Eye for detail
High level of accuracy lots of data entry
Able to work as part of a team and independently
Well presented with a positive, proactive and professional manner
