Job Description
The successful candidate will undertake a Construction Maintenance Operations Apprenticeship on a day release basis. The candidate will spend four days per week at work with Nicholls-Build Ltd and attend Prospects College of Advanced Technology Southend Campus one day per week to study the technical side of the qualification.
The successful candidate will report to a Work based Recorder/Supervisor and will work in a specialist environment maintaining high quality buildings and their grounds, with work ranging from the changing of light bulbs to major refurbishments. The apprentice will be part of a small team who work to tight deadlines and will have responsibilities focussing on learning all aspects of the team work to become a fully qualified operative capable of working without supervision and meeting deadlines and targets.
