- Generate customer records - paper and electronic
- Generate invoices
- Learn the funeral and booking process
- Give price information to clients
- Training will be provided to advise customers and arranging funerals
- Stock control
- Preparing coffins
- Ensuring premises are clean and tidy
- Helping prepare vehicles
