Job Description
The main roles for this apprenticeship include first contact with customers, answering phones and taking orders. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn and develop in a role in customer service with progression opportunities after the apprenticeship. The progression opportunity on offer will be a management role. Previous experience is desirable however full on the job training will be provided. An NVQ in customer service will be completed, and set work hours will be 30 hours a week.
