Duties include;
• Filing
• Photocopying
• Letter writing on behalf of the Solicitors
• Postal duties
• Reception duties included
• Answering the telephone
• Making appointments
• Booking visitors in/out of the office
• Taking messages
• General office duties to support the Solicitors
