Job Description
This is a very exciting and busy role, your duties will consist of the following: Assisting patients with appointments an queries both in person and on the telephone. Scanning and filing documents, ensuring efficient and flow of patients using the Practice Services. Cover reception once trained ensuring great customer service is adhered to al all times. Dealing with queries and complaints, handing out repeat prescriptions, Updating the surgery database. Sending out hospital appointment letters, any other duties as required by the management.

Personal Qualities : You must be Polite, Patient, Friendly, Hardworking and have the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Skills Required : Good IT Skills, have the ability to Multi Task, Common sense is a must, as is an adherence to strict confidentiality and data protection regulations are essential, you will have an excellent telephone manner and good customer service skills.
