Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent who is passionate about responding to customer queries & enquiries professionally.
You will provide hotel reception services for customers to contribute to an overall exceptional experience from check-in through check-out and complete audits, as required. A Receptionist contributes to the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, must perform all tasks to the highest standards.
You should have the ability to take ownership of guest requests by following up on issues & providing guests with feedback.
As a Customer Service Agent you would also be required to log all guest feedback accurately and assist in the daily management of the hotel’s multiple social media platforms.
Excellent communication skills & a keen eye for attention to detail is essential.
Personal Qualities : You must be enthusiastic and able to work well in a team.
Skills Required : Apprentices must be approachable and friendly in order to work within a customer facing environment.
Future Prospects : Ongoing training and development encouraged by the employer which will give the applicant the opportunity to move on to a full time job.
