Job Description
The role
You will be providing administration support to a busy design office and factory. This will be an extremely varied role including answering the telephone, recording and passing on messages, checking orders and supplies and aspects of customer liaison.
This will include confirmation of deliveries and making aftercare enquiries. You will be communicating with both the company (internally) and their clients (externally).
You will also be assisting with administration aspects for events and festivals as required.
You will also be assisting in keeping track of all new jobs and their progress.
Personal Qualities : You must be able to have fun in the workplace. An interest in fashion would be advantageous.
Skills Required : A good typing ability
Good communication skills
Able to effectively use a computer
Future Prospects : The company will look at progressing you. This could include roles within design, sales, customer service, marketing or however you wish to further your career.
