Modis International is looking to recruit a graduate into their Trainee consultant scheme in Bristol. This is a very exciting opportunity for the right individual to develop a career within one of the biggest consultancies in the world. As a trainee consultant you will undergo a rigorous and in depth learning and development scheme, where you will be taught all the basics to enable you to start your career in recruitment. Your role will be initially to learn the role of a recruitment consultant, understanding how to deal with candidates and clients, closing deals, writing CV's, running corporate meetings to name but a few. The role of a consultant is a tough and competitive environment, but is extremely rewarding for the hard working and tenacious can-do people who work in the industry.
