Job Description
This well established company are looking for a part time receptionist to start as soon as possible.
The hours are 12:30 - 17:30 Monday-Friday and is a Temp to Perm role.
The main duties will be:
Be first point of contact for all guests
Keeping the reception area clean and tidy at all times
Answer all calls politely and efficiently and taking messages where necessary
Sort all incoming and outgoing post
Handle and record all couriers and office deliveries
Book cabs when requested
Book meeting rooms when requested
Maintain stock levels for the company stationery stores and kitchen area
Assisting Senior Staff or the Office Manager with any travel, hospitality or other ad hoc tasks when required.
Book car parking spaces for visitors
Assist the Office Manager with Health & safety duties when requestedYou must be an effective and friendly communicator who is responsive to the needs and concerns of the team. This position is an immediate start.
