Your role
Six phone calls.
50 minutes on hold.
A trip to a depot.

All positions are based in our O2 shops.
Salary Information: Starting salary £14,500 pro rata (rising to £16,000 pro rata on satisfactory completion of probation) plus performance bonus.
Hours of Work/Shifts:16hrs vacancy available.

-Due to our commitment to deliver the best customer service possible, each of our successful retail candidates need to be able to travel to|our HQ in Slough for 3 daysinduction before to starting work in-store.
