The Company
Endsleigh are the UKs largest provider of student insurance. As well as being the only insurer recommended to you by the National Union of Students, we work with NUS and your Students’ Unions to support you in your student experience during your time at University.
The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our 2014 freshers team in a temporary capacity to support our existing Account Managers and Executives.
You’ll be working at events on University campuses such as arrival days and fresher fairs talking to students about their insurance needs and selling our products to ensure their Gadgets are fully protected during their time at university as well as informing students about the vision of Endsleigh.
We attend events from the beginning of September through to the end of October. Successful candidates will ideally be available to support at multiple events during this period.
The Person
We are looking for outgoing, confident people who enjoy working in a sales environment and engaging with customers face to face.
You’ll understand the need to be professional at all times and be self-motivated using your initiative during these busy events. Although you’ll be given full product training, you’ll need to be able to retain the knowledge and provide customers with accurate information when they ask for it. Good presentation and flexibility are also important.
Full training will be given to successful applicants.
What Next
If you’re successful we’ll invite you for a telephone interview followed by a face to face interview and a full day of (paid) training where you’ll meet your team. Once you’ve registered your interest and applied, you’ll continue to receive employability help and advice from Endsleigh and our partners.
