Job Description
Search Contact Centres are working in partnership with one of Rotherham's premiere contact centres. We are recruiting for Part Time evening telephone advisors working 3-8pm Mon-Sat with a day off in the week. The pay rate for this position is £6.92 per hour rising after your probationary period. This position will involve: ·Taking inbound calls from customers regarding their mobile telephones and mobile broadband products · Using powers of persuasion and handling callers' objections · Working to sales targets · Delivering an excellent level of customer service In order to be successful for this position, you will go through a thorough recruitment process. You must have the following skills and attributes: · Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner · In depth experience of sales or retentions over the phone · Motivation to work towards and exceed sales targets · You must be able to pass a credit check eg no CCJ's or defaults · You must be able to provide proofs of address · You must be able to provide a full and in depth work history In return, you will benefit from the following: · Competitive weekly pay · Free parking or easy access on public transport · Working in a modern building with subsidised on site canteen and other facilities during breaks, access to onsite promotions from leading retailers. “Please note – this is a PERMANENT position”
