Badenoch & Clark are hiring 8 Students to become Candidate Consultants for the company with the opportunity to secure a role as a recruitment consultant upon graduation. Successful applicants to this sought after scheme will be working for a large, successful professional services recruitment company. The focus of the role will be to manage the relationship with an ever changing pool of candidates, manage advertising, cold calling candidates (who have submitted their CV’s to job boards) to sell the services of Badenoch & Clark and job roles with our clients, interviewing and assessing candidates for roles with our clients and providing admin support to the team. This will involve working in a sales environment, working to targets, liaising with senior level candidates who are experienced and professional in their area of expertise. Badenoch & Clark are looking for students with initiative, commercial acumen, great communication skills and a strong desire to work in sales.
