You will join a close knit management team with the ultimate aim of growing your membership and raising our profile with families, schools and local communities. It’s a unique and challenging role where you can combine your love of working in education with a dynamic and fast paced commercial environment. It’s a really varied role but broadly speaking, there are 4 key areas that you will take responsibility for; management, sales and promotion, customer service and of course teaching. If you think you can drive performance and make a meaningful impact on these 4 areas then that’s fantastic, but we aren’t expecting you to already be an expert in all of these things.
