Our mission is to develop fearless learners, and be the best possible complement to a child’s school education. We are looking for passionate and ambitious leaders to join our family and help us make a meaningful impact on both the lives of our children and the growth of our business.

Explore Learning is an award winning tuition provider designed to support 4-14 year olds with their maths and English skills whilst developing their confidence, learning habits and self-belief. We’ve been doing this brilliantly for 15 years and our success is down to our incredible people that live and breathe our vision and values. We’ve expanded rapidly over recent years with over 125 centres across the UK and we’re continuing to grow.

Once you have graduated you can join us as an Assistant Director. You will join a close knit management team with the ultimate aim of growing your membership and raising our profile with families, schools and local communities. It’s a unique and challenging role where you can combine your love of working in education with a dynamic and fast paced commercial environment. It’s a really varied role but broadly speaking, there are 4 key areas that you will take responsibility for; management, sales and promotion, customer service and of course teaching.

If you think you can drive performance and make a meaningful impact on these 4 areas then that’s fantastic, but we aren’t expecting you to already be an expert in all of these things. As one of the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to work for, we deliver a vast amount of brilliant training in absolutely everything you could hope for. What we’re really looking for is for you to be willing, trainable, proactive and resilient, we can help you to master everything else!

If you are still studying but are keen to get involved straight away, why not apply to be a part time Tutor in your local centre. It is a great way to get a feel for the graduate role but more than that, it’s a rewarding part-time job where you will form part of a really close knit team dedicated to bringing children’s learning to life and helping us to create fearless learners.

Everyone remembers the person who inspired them, a teacher, a friend, a family member, someone who changed how they saw things, solved a problem, and recognised their potential and as a Tutor, you will unlock those light bulb moments every single day and inspire children to become learners for life.

Check out our website www.explorelearning.co.uk/careers for lots more information on both of these roles.
