Global Health Alliance is an initiative which is aimed at delivering up-to-date short accredited courses and programs for health professionals. The team consists of experts from renowned universities and hospitals from across the UK. The courses are meant for doctors, nurses, specialist nurses, paramedics, cardiac physiologists & general public.

Global Health Alliance are currently recruiting for an efficient and well organised Personal Assistant.

The post holder will be required to carry out PA support to the Director of the company along with admin support for the rest of the team.

This job is is a part time 6 month post with the possibility to extend for a permanent post.

Working hours are from 10am to 3pm, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday 25 hours per week. The layout of the work week is 3 days working from PA's home and 2 days working in our office in Sutton London.

Duties include:

1) Diary management for the Director of Global Health Alliance

2) Writing letters and replying to emails regarding this organisation

3) Planning, Booking and Organising meetings for Global Health Alliance

4) Writing up key notes of events

5) Organising travel and processing orders

Requirements:

This Job will require the PA to be sincere, determined and hardworking.

This Job entails the post holder to be able to communicate in good English, both verbally and written. The post holder will be required to have familiarity in writing letters using Microsoft Word.

Ideal location is within 5- 10 mile radius of Sutton City centre
