Locum Barista provide coffee shops and restaurants with highly trained, experienced baristas for short-notice and temporary cover. All baristas are very carefully chosen for their coffee making skill, customer service and coffee art, some of which is pretty amazing. Our customer base is predominately in London and the South of England but by demand we are expanding to service customers regional branches across the country. BARISTAS, become a Locum Barista. PART TIME & FULL TIME BARISTAS £8 per hour. We provide short notice and temporary baristas to coffee shops and restaurants all over London. You could be working in your local coffee shop one day, the next, one of the giants, a theatre or even the House of Commons. THE WAY IT WORKS Call, text or email us at Lucum Barista telling us what time and what days that you want to work. (The shifts are a minimum of 6hours and a maximum of 9 hour.) As our coffee shop customers tell us they need a barista to help out, we will text you to ask if you would like to work, telling you the shift time and date and the venue, usually giving you at least 24 hours notice, although we do get the occasional last minute customer. You simply text us back to say YES or NO. If YES, we then inform the venue manager of who to expect. You get paid directly into your bank account on the Friday of the following week. Thats it!
