Leon is a chain of restaurants with a bit of a difference. Founded in 2004 by chef, Allegra McEvedy, Henry Dimbleby and John Vincent, Leon Restaurants focus on the magic of fast food. The company is now run by Henry Dimbleby and John Vincent who both had a vision - a vision that fast food doesn’t have to be unhealthy food that makes you ‘fall asleep and wake up fat.’

With the owners’ Mediterranean backgrounds, Leon Restaurants focus on fast foods that are not ınly delicious but also good for you. After opening their first restaurant in 2004, Leon Restaurants was awarded Best New Restaurant in the UK by the Observer Food Monthly in 2005 and the company has continued to expand. Leon also attend festivals with their food range and also publish cookbooks. Students will be pleased to know there is a student discount scheme, too.
