Ernst & Young School Leaver Jobs

As one of the world’s leading professional services firms, we know successful businesses mean successful economies – something we all benefit from. So we harness our creativity and ingenuity to make our global clients the best they can be. Whether you’re helping clients grow, transform, pay the right amount of tax or build a reputation people trust, you’ll be improving the world we live in – and your own career prospects.

There are four areas of our business. Each helps our clients in different ways and needs people with different skills and strengths.

Advisory- Helps businesses of all shapes and sizes solve complex problems, manage risk, transform, improve – and gain an edge over their competition.

Assurance - Checks the figures and the way businesses do business, which gives international markets greater confidence and security.

Corporate Finance - Helps business around the world get the best long-term return when they buy, sell or merge with other organisations.

Tax - Guides clients so they pay the right amount of tax in the right countries at the right time – striking a balance between what’s good for the community and good for the company.

You’re you. There’s no-one else like you. So we want to help you follow a career path that fits your interests and aspirations – not someone else’s. That’s why we’ve created a range of School Leaver and University Programmes that let you launch your career in business your way.

EY School Leaver Programme

Independence. Responsibility. A guaranteed job. Plus the chance to qualify as an accountant a year earlier than if you went to university. The EY School Leaver programme is an alternative to university that leads to the same professional qualification you’d get as a graduate. And all without a hint of student debt.

EY Degree

Choose the EY Degree if want to study accounting and finance, and are focused on a career in accountancy. This four-year programme offers a £5K bursary for each year of study (three payments overall) plus two paid work placements in an EY office.

EY Scholarship

Choose the three-year EY Scholarship if you’re keen to experience university life but also know you want paid work placements and a career in business. Designed to maximise the potential of the most talented and ambitious, the EY Scholarship will develop your business skills and prepare you for a career in Advisory, no matter what your degree subject.
