After a life changing trip in Asia, he opened the first Monsoon boutique in London’s Beauchamp Place, selling bohemian style clothing influenced by the colours and patterns he saw while he was travelling. 11 years later, Accessorize - Monsoon’s sister company which specialises in jewellery - opened and there is now also Monsoon Home and online shopping. Monsoon focuses on ethical trading and supports charities in Asia. The Monsoon Accessorize head office moved to London’s Notting Hill in 2008.
