With a combined summer camp experience of over 15 years, our knowledgeable staff has been through the summer camp process themselves, and they fully understand the procedure, questions, and potential issues that may arise. Our personal experience working as summer camp staff, gives us the skills and knowledge to bring together quality staff with quality camps.

SNS camp counselors earn up to $2000. Continuing for a second year in a row, SNS will also provide the Camp Counselor Cam bonus of up to £100 for select participating counselors. If you would like to nominate yourself for this bonus, please mention this at the time of your interview to receive additional information.

Working at camp is hard work, but it’s also very rewarding work!You’ll spend your summer making countless memories hanging out your kids and other camp staff from around the U.S.A. and the world. Overnight camps are in beautiful locations throughout the U.S.A. Many are set on the side of lakes, or open water, and there is plenty of sunshine to soak up!

We primarily focus on hiring specialized staff, such as trapeze and circus, horseback riding, rock climbing, tennis, lifeguarding and other water sports, special needs counselors, and support staff, but all applicants are welcome to apply, as we have positions available for general camp counselors as well.

• Our recruitment fees are less than the larger staffing agencies, which means you’ll earn more money through SNS. Summer camp staff at SNS earn between $1800 and $2100, versus the $1250 to $1800 you’d earn at other staffing agencies.
• We offer bonuses to our staff for participating in the Camp Counselor Cam – you could earn an extra £100 pounds for spending money after your camp contract has ended.
