Wilkinson, aka Wilko, is a British family retail business which has been plying its trade for over eight decades. The first ever Wilkinson shop opened in Leicester during 1930, but the company, which retails in various products including DIY goods, homeware and textiles, has since grown to a chain of more than 350 stores all over the UK, employing over 20,000 people nationwide.
