AgencyNegotiation.com is an early stage start-up, based in Birmingham, that provides a unique service to homeowners that are looking to sell their property.
A recent YouGov poll found that only 28% of homeowners managed to negotiate a discount with the estate agency when putting their home up for sale. Additionally, estate agents are one of the most mistrusted and disliked of professions and the public, in general, do not feel comfortable dealing with them.
AgencyNegotiation provides three core services:
* We help the homeowner choose the best estate agency for their property, based not on the estate agency valuation or their commission, but on the estate agency's key performance indicators (kpi), such as days on the market, % of local market share, database growth and quality, customer satisfaction/trend etc.
* We negotiate with the chosen estate agency, on behalf of the vendor, to reduce the commission and more importantly, to motivate the estate agency to do better for their client.
* Finally, we check every contract to make sure that the sale proceeds in a "no-surprises" manner. The vendor has peace of mind knowing that the final invoice from the estate agency will be fair and competitive.
