What is Mystery Shopping
It is a method which businesses use to measure the quality of service provided by their staff.

Your role will be to visit shops, cafes and other service environments posing as a real customer, experience the service offered by the staff and complete a questionnaire that we provide to report on that service experience.

Assignments are not difficult and the questionnaires are designed to help you, usually giving you black & white questions or options to select an answer.

The clients subsequently use this information to improve their service.
