Company DetailsChampions Life Academy is a an award winning organisation, providing a competitive arena for students to acquire transferable skills, earn performance related bonus and potentially start a career within an industry leading company. Through the medium of direct door-to-door fundraising, Champions Life Academy has generated £10.2mil forecast income for charities to date. Over the past 7 years, 741 candidates have gained ILM-endorsed sales, communication and leadership skills. Launched following a visit to Dragon’s Den in 2008, Champions has gone from strength to strength, receiving a 'Distinctive Contribution to Work Experience' award (RateMyPlacement.com), winning 'Overall Work Placement of the Year 2011 and ‘Best Micro-Enterprise 2012’ (Prospects.ac.uk). Successfully selected applicants live and work in teams as part of one of several regions across the country, gaining the opportunity to meet like-minded people from both the UK and abroad. For top-performing interns, opportunities exist to progress into the management team the following year, where they embark on a journey that will take their experience to a level well beyond that of a typical graduate. Champions provide promotional opportunities from Fundraiser to Team Leader, through to running a division with the responsibility for 20+ people. All our leadership training schemes are endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management. Full time career opportunities exist within the organisation for the few of those successfully selected onto our graduate scheme.
