Crewlink has specialised in the recruitment of Cabin Crew for the airline industry since 2003, but also trains and employs Cabin Crew, with over 2600 crew members currently registered withRyanair.

Based in Ireland and Hahn (near Frankfurt), Crewlink has a team of highly qualified and dedicated people. Many of them started their careers as Cabin Crew with major airlines, so trainees benefit from that unrivalled knowledge and experience.

Developed to meet trainees' specific needs and to provide all the support they will need, Crewlinkoperates exclusively at the Hahn Training Centre (HTC), a specialised facility near Frankfurt, Germany. Complete with residential accommodation, HTC ensures that training time is maximised to enhance trainees’ prospects of earning their wings and then a career with Ryanair.

Interviews are held in most European cities. (Crewlink will try to facilitate you if your city is not on its Recruitment Dates list).

Crewlink has designed a unique ‘5 Stages -Qualification to Graduation’ process to provide cabin crew candidates with an enjoyable, highly specialised training course over a 6-week period so they become part of Europe’s best trained Cabin Crew, with their wings to fly!

What's on offer for full-time crew?
  • A fixed-term contract for 3 years with Crewlink who are contracted to supply cabin crew toRyanair.
  • No planned overnights - Ryanair gets you home to your base every day ‘On Time’
  • Shifts are 5/2 - 5/3 - 5 days on, 2 days off followed by 5 days on, 3 days off
  • 1.66 days holiday per month.
  • Generous travel benefits from day one, giving you the opportunity to fly abroad on your days off. Rome for lunch? Or Skiing in Austria?
  • Competitve salary dependant on where you are based throughout the Ryanair newtork.
  • A ‘New Joiners Allowance’ - an extra €1,200 paid over first 6 months at the start of your new career.
  • Great promotional opportunities: If you are a successful member of crew, you have the potential to be directly employed with Ryanair and, after 12 months, you may be eligible for promotion to a Customer Service Supervisor, earning in excess of €30,000 gross per annum.

A Customer Service Supervisor promotion would involve:

  • Increased responsibility as you manage a team of three other Cabin Crew on each flight
  • Increased pay - Ryanair Supervisors based in the UK & Ireland earn approximately £25,000/€30,000 gross per annum
  • Increased Staff Travel benefits (including discounted travel on other airlines)
