The new O2 broadband service has come top of a recent poll of customer satisfaction in broadband providers.
The service only launched in October and has beaten established broadband providers AOL, BT and Sky.
Speed, reliability and customer service were all reviewed in the poll, conducted by thinkbroadband.com.
Sebastien Lahtinen, co-founder of thinkbroadband.com, said: "O2 has entered a very competitive market with highly compelling services and our users have clearly indicated that they currently perform very well in all three categories against the large established operators."
O2 broadband scored the highest in all the categories with 74 per cent for speed, 72 per cent for reliability and 79 per cent for customer service respectively.
A separate survey by Intrepid Research showed that 100 per cent of customers that switched to O2 from Orange and PlusNet thought the service was better. 86 per cent of customers switching from AOL also felt that way.
O2 currently has three monthly price plans available, starting at £7.50 a month which could be good for hard-up students.
Nokia has recently signed a deal that will enable its customers to use one of 7,500 wireless broadband hotspots across the UK. Find out more about O2 broadband here
