Mobile network 3 has launched a new tariff it has labelled Mix and Match.
The deal, available in a range of call plans and on up to 20 handsets including the Sony Ericsson K7770i, is perfect for students looking to control their term-time spending.
Under the terms of the tariff, customers are able to achieve complete flexibility on their calls and text charges as their allowance is expended equally and interchangeably on both. The basic premise is that one text is equal to one minute of talk time.
Additionally, subscribers are offered either 300 inclusive minutes or texts or any combination of the two in the cheapest £15 package. But with five options customers can spend right up to £27 with the benefit of 1,100 texts and call minutes per month.
On all deals, consumers automatically get 300 3-to-3 minutes, free access to eBay, free voicemail, free instant messaging and free calls with Skype.
Those wanting the best handsets can choose to pay slightly more per month but will not be required to pay a fee up front.
