Domino’s Pizza is set to create up to 30 full or part time Cambridge jobs as the fast food chain opens a new outlet along Histon Road in August.
Surinder Kandola has taken on the franchise for the second Domino’s to open in Cambridge and is looking forward to getting the new place up and running.
As for the sort of staff that they will be looking for to fill the new roles, Mr Kandola said: “First and foremost, we’ll be looking for people who can deliver great customer service and demonstrate strong teamwork skills, as well as boundless enthusiasm. It’s also vital to be able to maintain a sense of fun while working under pressure.”
The new store will seek to fill the new full and part time jobs from the local area and roles on offer include delivery staff, customer service reps and pizza makers. There will also be opportunities for people interested in going into management at a trainee level.
After opening their first store in Luton over 25 years ago, Domino’s have gone on to open over 500 stores in England. The pizza chain also has a significant presence in Scotland, Wales and Ireland.
