The new call centre, located at Rainton Bridge South in Sunderland, has already filled a handful of the call centre positions but hopes to recruit a quota of 250 new staff by the end of 2011. Around 70 of the call centre jobs are earmarked to be filled by the end of March.
The company’s website says that they are looking for enthusiastic, customer focused applicants with good communication skills to fill their range of call centre jobs.
Jim Bainbridge of RevolutionCC said of the new call centre positions: “It's fantastic to be launching a new business and creating new jobs in a region where people have so much desire for success, particularly given the economic climate, which is still tough for so many businesses.”
Sunderland Councillor Paul Watson also spoke of the new call centre jobs saying that he hoped that the RevolutionCC facility would help to bring some jobs back to Sunderland from overseas.
