InterContinental To Create 3,000 Full & Part Time UK Hotel Jobs The InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG) is creating 3,000 full and part time opportunities in the UK over the next few years including hundreds of hotel jobs in Manchester, London and Glasgow.

The new full and part time jobs in the hotel industry come as IHG continue a huge expansion in the United Kingdom. 37 new IHG hotels will be opened around the UK over the next four years at a cost of £500 million. The hotel group are also expanding in other parts of the world; creating 90,000 jobs in China in the near future too.

In the UK, a range of full and part time hotel jobs will be created by IHG during their expansion plans - including hotel management roles, waiting on staff and bar jobs. Training will be provided for all successful applicants to these hotel roles.

As well as the new Glasgow, London and Manchester hotel jobs there will also be further hotel and catering vacancies created in Birmingham, Newcastle, Colchester and other locations in the UK.

IHG's chief executive, Andy Cosslett, said: "We are the world's biggest hotel group and investment in new hotels and the people that make them successful is vital to our growth.
