Hundreds Of Overseas Jobs In The Republic Of Ireland Anyone looking into working abroad at the moment should seriously consider checking out overseas job opportunities in the Republic of Ireland. This week has seen hundreds of new jobs working abroad coming onto the market in Dublin and the rest of Eire.

Firstly, McDonald’s has said that it will open four new fast food restaurants by the end of the year, creating 250 jobs in the process. Recruitment for the new positions will begin in July and will swell the food giant’s staff numbers in Ireland to close to four thousand people. Once the four new outlets are open it will expand McDonald’s Irish operation to over 80 restaurants. McDonald’s also expect to expand further and create even opportunities for working abroad in the next few years. Around 180 of the new jobs are expected to be full time roles.

Hewlett Packard is also recruiting in Ireland at the moment. The computer firm will have 60 new jobs on offer in Dublin in the near future. The positions are being filled to offer technical support to Hewlett Packard customers. The move will raise the company’s workforce to more than 4,000 staff across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

Australian food and pharmaceuticals company Probiotic has also started to look for 70 new staff to fill positions at its main manufacturing base in Dundalk.

Finally, Compu B – a reseller of Apple products – will also be looking for 25 new staff to work in a new retail outlet selling iPods, Macs and accessories on Grafton Street in Dublin. Anyone interested in these overseas jobs with Compu B should act quickly though as recruitment is already underway.
