| Lots of retailers are keen to find out how good their customer services are. And one of the best ways to find that out is to ask people to go and buy their products, drink in their bars, stay in their hotels or eat meals in their restaurants. And then report back to the company. Mystery Shopping can really be that simple. Usually, all of your purchase costs will be repaid – and you get to keep things that you have bought from the retailer. All the retailer wants to know is what the whole shopping experience was like for a typical customer (or sometimes an atypical customer!) – and they need students like you to help them find that out. |
