I repeat this post here because I think this is very important to everyone:

BE CAREFUL ABOUT INTERNSHIP-UK !!!

This is a message for all people are looking to make an internship with the people of www.internship-uk.com

THIS IS A BIG FRAUD!!!

This company, www.internship-uk.com offer you an internship in some of their companies in London and in New Romney (Kent). But they FORCED you to PAY a deposit of 100 pounds before you arrive to your position and WITHOUT REFUND POLICY.

But this is not the end... as soon as you sign the contract, you have to PAY a balance package of food, drinks, accommodation, bills, etc. of more than 2600 pounds (if you will be there for 6 months)!!

I warn you this to don't fall in his trap and denounce it.

They lie to me about the deposit. They told me that the have already this deposit from me. But I called to my bank and they didn't executed the transfer...

They didn't wanted me to know this and cancel the transfer. Finally they have my money and I can't take it back...

BUT THERE ARE MORE NOW:

Yesterday I received an email from this company telling me that I have to pay about 350 pounds in concept of administrative expenses and because of cancel my contract with them and hotel...

They say it because I cancel the process (and then, they had to cancel the reservation in hotel where I should be), the hotel couldn't rent one room in one week; so I have to pay this week of accommodation...

And all of this, I have to pay before Monday 9th. March. If not, they will take legal actions against me because of contract failure...

For sure, you are now surprised, like me this morning.

This is now so surrealistic. How they pretend me to pay if I had already cancel the contract this them and there wasn't any cancellation term where I should carry with expenses? Also, if I had already paid the 100 pounds (indeed, they finally have them...), why I have to pay again?

So, I had decided not pay attention on them anymore. All of this is a BIG CRAP! HAVE REALLY CAREFUL ON THIS!

To everyone reading this post - beware about internship-uk. If you do get in touch make sure you clarify exactly what you are getting. If they advertise their service as free, and then ask you for money, then this is not right.

The personel is very friendly on the phone. But they are not that when you work together with them. If you do something wrong, you get a official warning. 3 official warnings means you are fired (and you don't get a refund). That is not mentioned in the contract. The only contract you sign is for the accommodation and no contract about the internship.

studios92 = gift-tours = internship-uk charge you for accommodation. Varies from 10 to 20 Pounds per day including food and drink and you share a bedroom with 1-3 other people.

Many people work there 7 days per week + over time in Kent because there is nothing to do in free time. The interns are nice people but the HR (people that speak to you on the phone) and the management are very bossy and have no idea what PMA is (they abuse the word PMA).

The information on their website is very attractive and good looking, but reality is different. What I learn here right now: don't trust reviews and blogs on the internet, especially when it is too positive

Is good to see that more people knows about it and begin to denounce it. Everything that is said in this topic is REALLY TRUE.

After closing all my contract and after all things I said in other post, a few days ago I received another email from them asking why I am posting things in webs and forums like this and if I don't have any more thing to do... And every of this under insults to my person.

This is really stupid and surrealistic. Come on! I am hard looking for a job because of them and also I loose money.... DON'T TELL ME THAT I AM BORED... I am doing this to warm and denounce all this abused and REAL FAKE of this company.

I am making a blog against this company and also a group on Facebook searching there "anti internship-uk". We can join all together and inform more people about it.

BE CAREFUL AT Internship UK (STUDIOS92) in NEW ROMNEY sucks!!! it was a nightmare.. everywhere people having stress because they were afraid someone would spend bad words about the reputation of Internship Uk or studios92. But even "reputation" is a word too important to be referred to Internship Uk or studios92. NO FOOD, NO RESPECT for the interns that must work without any salary, too many interns for one only company (around 60 INTERNS in New Romney, and I guess thre is NOTHING LEGAL with that), never ending PSYCO PRESSURE from the HR department, interns that must write lies , FALSE INTERVIEWS about hotels where they have never been IN, and "dulcis in fundo", BEDBUGS AND DOG FLEAS in our beds!!! A lot of interns got BITES from those insects, and some others were suspected to have got the SCABIES!!! During my last days in that HORRIBLE DIRTY place the chef that were supposed to cook for the company left us, and instead of call another chef, they pretended us, THE INTERNS TO COOK FOR EVERYONE, when interns had no experience at all about the kitchen. In fact 2 interns REFUSED TO COOK AND THEY GOT FIRED!!! I asked for a certificate, and I wanted it as soon as possible since I needed it to apply for a next job. They told me I could get it in 1 week instead of the 2 weeks I was supposed to wait for, but I had to pay for it. And I payed 15 pound, and I got it AFTER ONE MONTH!!!! What do you think about this place now? Why doesn't the POLICE go to check what's going on in New Romney at the STUDIOS92 (alias Internship UK) ????
