There’s so much talk of the credit crisis and deals being withdrawn, credit cards becoming harder to get, interest rates rising and generally some serious doom and gloom, that I thought I’d put a little perspective on it.

Yes, all of the above may be correct, but take a look at the Virgin credit card – 16.6% APR (very competitive even though it used to be slightly lower), 16 months 0% interest on balance transfers (best on the market, and I don’t need to say how good this is) and 6 months 0% interest on purchases (not quite the best there is, but way way above average!)
